We offer postpartum doula services in the York Simcoe Region in Ontario.

  • Support, reassurance, encouragement and a listening ear as new mothers navigate the challenges of new parenthood. A doula is trained to be attuned to any concerns, providing recommendations to additional care if needed.

  • Assistance with newborn care, light housework, meal preparation, and offering comfort measures to aid in postpartum recovery. They empower new mothers by teaching essential infant care skills and promoting healthy bonding experiences.

  • Between hands-on workshops and groups, Heritage Postpartum also offers digital resources to help guide you through new parenthood.
